WHAT YOU WILL NEED

These items are needed for your video counseling session:

PC webcam
PC microphone
Windows 98 or higher
High speed Internet connection is highly recommended

Beginning your video counseling session is simple and affordable. Just follow the steps below for best results:

Step 1: If you do not already own a PC webcam and microphone, both can be purchased at a local retailer (Wal-Mart, Best Buy, etc.) for about $25-$30. High speed Internet connection is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you already own a webcam and microphone, please skip to step 3.

Step 2: Follow installation instructions. This is usually a very simple task and requires nothing more than plugging the webcam into your personal computer and installing software. Contact us for technical support if further assistance is needed.

Step 3: You will receive a confirmation e-mail of your video counseling session once your initial appointment has been made. Your e-mail will contain a link that will connect you with your counselor at your scheduled appointment time. **VERY IMPORTANT** DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME.

Step 4: You're now ready to begin your video counseling session.
